I knew being a working mom would be challenging.
Like you, I checked all the “success boxes” before I became a mom.

However, despite all my preparation and accomplishments, I still found myself constantly facing challenges that prevented me from balancing, blending, juggling, and integrating career and motherhood as I had wanted to.

Eventually, I realized something deeper: there had to be a better way.

That realization sparked the fire that brought me here—as a coach, advocate for working mothers, and your host of the Rockstar Career Moms Podcast.

For over a decade, I wrestled with the working mom conundrum:
